Our jewelry is carefully crafted before it is shipped to guarantee your complete satisfaction. In the event of damage during shipping, please contact us within 2 business days to obtain a Return Authorization. In the event of such damage your item will be replaced immediately.
We accept returns shipped up to 2 weeks after you receive your merchandise. Please contact us within 2 business days to obtain a Return Authorization, and ship your item to us within 14 days of receiving it. As per your request we will refund your original purchase less the shipping charge, or apply a credit to another purchase. We honor returns and exchanges on un-worn, undamaged merchandise.

In this event we will contact you -- you can then opt to wait for the item or cancel your order before we process your payment.
